Art Director

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Art Director for our client, the world’s first company that connects esports and gaming with FMCG retail. 

As the Art Director for the PVP mobile project, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the visual design of characters, ensuring a high level of quality and uniqueness in game's visual style. Your primary goals will include raising the bar on character design, maintaining a distinctive visual identity, and leading a team of talented artists to achieve these objectives.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Elevate the quality of character designs to meet or exceed industry standards.

• Implement creative solutions to make characters visually appealing and distinctive within the PVP mobile gaming genre.

• Lead efforts to evolve and improve the overall visual style of the game.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the visual style aligns with the game's narrative and player experience.

• Hire and mentor a team of skilled artists.

• Provide clear artistic direction, constructive feedback, and guidance to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Work closely with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate art seamlessly into the gaming experience.

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

• Develop and implement efficient art pipelines to streamline the production process.

• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and implement best practices to maximize productivity.
