We’re looking for a Middle Backend Developer to join our Integrations Team and help us scale partner connections, APIs, and platform stability.

Team size and structure?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Develop and maintain backend integrations with external B2B partners and internal systems.

— Support the Integrations Manager in analyzing and understanding technical issues.

— Identify system weaknesses and potential risks in integration flows.

— Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to integrations and partner connectivity.

— Collaborate with the team on improving processes, documentation, and automation.

— Contribute to overall platform reliability and scalability.

Hard skills:

— Node.js + TypeScript (production experience), good grasp of async/await, error handling, and clean code structure.

— Building and integrating REST APIs (Express/NestJS/Fastify or similar), including:

* request validation, consistent error responses

* API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus)

— HTTP integration skills: auth headers, tokens, signatures (at least API-key/JWT level), timeouts, retries, and handling partner-side inconsistencies.

— SQL fundamentals with PostgreSQL/MySQL:

* writing queries, joins, basic performance awareness

* migrations (Prisma/TypeORM/Knex/Flyway-like equivalents)

— Testing basics: unit tests + integration tests for API endpoints (Jest + Supertest or similar).

— Git + PR workflow, working with CI pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI etc.).

— Debugging in production-ish environments: reading logs, reproducing issues, confident troubleshooting.

Soft skills:

— Strong written technical communication

— Ownership: can take a wallet integration from discovery → implementation → QA support → rollout.

— Detail-oriented: careful with edge cases and consistent handling of failures/timeouts.

— Collaboration with QA, DevOps, Back-end team, External partner tech teams.
