Email Marketing Specialist

Team size and structure?

In company work more than 50 persons, in marketing team up to 10

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create drafts of email templates;

• Edit existing email templates in case of changes;

• Manage the development process with designers, copywriters and web developers;

• Test the email template/code for meeting mobile requirements and adaptive design of template;

• Track and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of email campaigns;

• Participate in maintaining general analytics data;

• Participate in A/B testing (with AI);

• Help with other communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing;

• Experienced in creating automated email flows, personalisation & dynamic content, email campaigns, emails templates, working with site analytics;

• Good Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager knowledge;

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Liquid;

• Experienced in A/B testing;

• Experienced in promo sms, WhatsApp newsletter etc;

• Understanding email technology basics (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, postmasters, etc.);

• Attentive to details and a scrupulous attitude to UI\UX;

• Basic Figma skills;

• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level;

• Great interest in marketing.
