Among the products we take pride in are the 2021 hits Count Masters and Fidget Toys Trading as well as Join Clash – one of the most downloaded games of 2020 with 400M downloads. Our projects are constantly ranked as top apps in their categories in dozens of countries, and new games find fans around the world.

To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Game Producer.

• We’ve reached 1 BILLION total downloads and created dozens of successful, high-quality projects;

• More than 150 employees all over the world (Cyprus, Dubai, various parts of Poland and USA);

What are you working on?

• Genres: Hyper-casual, Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the full development cycle of projects (from prototype to global launch).

• Collaborate with an internal team of 4 to 10 people.

• Develop game concepts and create ideas for Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Puzzle, or Casual games.

• Analyze market trends and competitors’ games.

• Improve game metrics in ongoing projects.

• Work on monetization strategies and hypotheses to boost LTV.

• Create video ads for game promotion in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Puzzle, or Casual genres.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a producer or game designer in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Puzzle, or Casual games (at least in one of these genres).

• 3+ years of experience in the game industry.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to describe ideas clearly and visually.

• Creative mindset.

• A portfolio of completed projects or prototypes.
