Lead Game Designer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are  Games Factory Talents  - we help Talents from all over the world to land a dream job at a Games studio in Europe or remotely.

For client project Tacticool - PvP online shooter, are looking for the Lead Game Designer.

You will work in Russian-speaking team, so fluent knowledge of Russian is required.​

What you’ll do:

• Manage the metagame team

• Shape and implement the game’s vision

• Implement features in various areas of design: metagame economics, progression systems, matchmaking, store operation, social features

• Collaborate with the live-ops team

• Mentor game designers

Tacticool is 5v5 online intense hardcore shooter, featuring an unparalleled isometric view, realistic physics, cars, and destructible environment.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

You will work in Russian-speaking team, so fluent knowledge of Russian is required.

• An understanding of player development and economics

• Knowledge of events and live service game development

• A wide understanding of what retains and motivates players

• Knowledge of game design and game development concepts

• Ability to work within constraints and effectively solve problems as they arise

• You must actively participate in studio development and lead by example: this includes demonstrating a willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others to share techniques and ideas, as well as fostering a positive work environment

• A willingness to take initiative and responsibility to enhance the quality of play and health of the team

• Fluent Russian language, English for documentation.
