What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

—Advising and providing recommendations on content decisions based on the game's target audience.
— Collaborate with quest and content designers to plan story arcs and story updates for game releases.
—Writing, reviewing, and editing dialogs, quest texts, and other supporting text.
—Create character concepts that fit the game world and game design goals.
—Ensure consistency of character voices.
—Writing content and asset descriptions for artists and content development teams.
—Maintain narrative documentation, including writing style and pronunciation guides.

Audio support

—Collaborating with audio producers and lead narrative designers to plan voice recording sessions.
—Writing and reviewing audition documents.
—Providing performance feedback during voice recording sessions.

Supporting partner teams

—Reviewing content for the website and providing writing support.
—Collaborate with the publishing and marketing teams to ensure content is delivered.
—Support other narrative designers and provide feedback.Provide guidance and advice on best practices for developing writing talent.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Perfect command of English with impeccable grammar and spelling.

• 5+ years of experience as a Narrative Designer.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for video games and the video game industry.

• Experience in writing texts for casual games.

• Experience creating engaging dialogues for video games.

• Experience in creating a deep lore story.

• Encyclopedic knowledge of games.

• Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

• Ability to conduct research quickly and efficiently.

• Strong logical and out-of-the-box thinking skills, as well as a problem-solving orientation.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to take initiative.
