Senior System Game Designer

We are looking for a game designer to work on the Klondike Adventures project! We are looking for an experienced professional who loves games, plays games and makes games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Participation in the development of the most important game, structural or instrumental features.

• Experience in feature management as a Feature Owner.

• Development of new and improvement of existing game mechanics.

• Search and application of the best monetization and engagement practices of the mobile gaming market.

• Improving key metrics, generating and testing hypotheses.

• Setting up game balance.

• Writing documentation that is clear and understandable to all project participants.

• Maintaining the current state of the project's documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience as a senior/middle game designer.

• Good knowledge and understanding of the specifics of mobile games and audiences.

• Knowledge of the mobile games market and good experience in various genres.

• Knowledge of game mechanics, experience with game balance.

• Skills in decomposing features and entire games, understanding the relationships in games.

• Ability to prepare GD documentation.

• Extensive gaming experience in the following genres: adventure, farm, simulator.

• Experience with A/B tests.

• Experience with product analytics and data-driven approach to solutions.

• Systems thinking, ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of tasks.

• Proactive approach to work, high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
